At this year’s conference we anticipate 250 conferees, including Head Start, Early Head Start, Child Care and other Early Childhood professionals. Training topics will address the interests and needs of executive, program and center directors; managers and coordinators; teachers and teacher assistants; health and nutrition staff; family workers; transportation staff; parents; board and policy council members; and community partners.

Hotel Reservations

Attendees should make reservations directly with Harrah’s by calling 888-516-2215 on or before April 28, 2019. Person(s) making the reservation will need to identify themselves as part of the New Jersey Head Start Association 2019 to receive the special Group Rate. Group Code SH05HE9 "HEAD START"

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night’s guestroom and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed by a credit card, the first night’s guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom will be billed immediately to the cardholder’s account. Harrah’s allows individual cancellations without penalty up to 72 hours prior to the attendee’s schedule arrival date.

Room Rate is $85 per night/per room.
