Terms and Conditions for Group Flight Booking to St. Thomas with Region II Head Start Association

1. Non-Changeable Booking:
  - Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed, no changes to the passenger details, flight dates, or times are permitted. This includes but is not limited to name changes, date changes, and modifications to travel itineraries.2. Non-Refundable:
  - All bookings are final and non-refundable. Cancellations or failure to travel will not result in a refund, either partial or full. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances that may affect your travel plans.3. Identification Requirements:
  - Passengers must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of booking. This includes full legal names as they appear on government-issued identification. Any discrepancies may result in denial of boarding and will not qualify for a refund.4. Group Travel Restrictions:
  - This booking is specifically for group travel organized by Region II Head Start Association. Individual bookings outside the group reservation parameters are not allowed and will not be accommodated.5. Responsibility:
  - The Region II Head Start Association is not responsible for any missed flights, connections, or changes in travel plans due to personal reasons, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements and arrive at the airport with sufficient time for check-in and security procedures.6. Travel Documentation:
  - It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including IDs, passports, visas, and any other required identification or documentation. Failure to present appropriate documentation will result in denial of boarding without refund or compensation.7. Health and Safety Regulations:
  - Passengers must comply with all health and safety regulations in effect at the time of travel. This includes any vaccination requirements, health screenings, and other protocols mandated by airlines, airports, or destination authorities.8. Baggage Policy:
  - Baggage allowances and restrictions are determined by the airline. Passengers are advised to check the specific baggage policies of the airline operating the flight. Excess baggage fees or other related charges are the responsibility of the passenger.9. Special Requests:
  - Any special requests (such as assistance needs) must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will endeavor to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment.10. Agreement:
