Early Head Start del Municipio de Sabana Grande Puerto Rico: COVID-19 Sign Language Video

Here is how the Region II Head Start Programs are responding to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic:

La Educadora Infantil Limarie Mojica ( la num 4 en el video) y la Trabajadora Social Karol Lee Hernandez ( la numero 5 en el video) del Programa Early Head Start del Municipio de Sabana Grande Puerto Rico interpretaron junto a compañeros de la universidad Interamericana Recinto de San German la Cancion Volveremos A estar Juntos  en Lenguaje de Señas. Actualmente ellas estan Certificandose como Interpretes en Lenguaje de Señas. El video se lo enviaron a los Padres del Programa con un emotivo mensaje lo cual los padres lo acogieron con mucho cariñp y nostalgia.


English Translation:

The Early Child Start Educator Limarie Mojica and Social Worker Karol Lee Hernandez of the Early Head Start Program of the Municipality of Sabana Grande Puerto Rico collaborated with colleagues from the Inter-American University. In the video, they perform “We will be together again” in Sign Language. Mojica and Hernandez are currently in the process of receiving their certification as sign language interpreters. The video was sent to the parents of the Early Head Start program. Parents welcomed the message with great affection!
